I started this comment/description of a test of perseverance for our fellow citizens who work as government with my tongue in cheek. However, for every word I added I wished more that it was true.
Written Perseverance Test for all applicants.
Employment requirement for every government position, elected, appointed or hired. The applicant has to read and write in longhand every law, regulation, rule, policy, and executive order that is on the federal register as of the day they submit their application for employment. That includes this written requirement (rule).
PS: This requirement will be retroactively applied starting with the most recent hires and going back to all employees. The existing employees will only be required to transcribe the laws etc., as of the day they were hired plus any additions that they were in any way connected to the establishment of such.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?
Requisite condition: How would one know for themself?
Do I hear it now? What you say?
Self-assigned complication rating: <1>). Or maybe zero.
Point: Everything old is always new to some or many.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
