If it should ever happen that I run for a position to represent my fellow American citizens, my promise is to never make a decision for my fellow citizens until I know how many and by how much the citizens will be hurt by each of my decisions. I consider this a win-win promise. Or perhaps an even better promise if it is called a no loss-no loss promise.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
