If you do not want to see him, don’t look at him. These two steps should relieve anxiety you have experienced previously listening to and looking at President Donald J Trump up to this point in time. If you implement these recommendations perfectly, your anxiety caused by sight and hearing will dissipate and eventually be gone. Don’t be naughty and try to sneak some peeks. You might have a relapse.
