Why is Donald Trump an enigma for the liberals, progressives, leftists, and others? One reason may be because he understands a person should not do things they are not willing to speak about if they are asked. In other words he has not done things he is ashamed of. That paradigm seems to be a paradox to those who choose to make and keep to themselves their self-shaming decisions made during their life. They are compulsively clinging to their continuing endeavor to “investigate” Donald Trump for his transgressions. They may believe that if something is found it will reduce the shame in their souls.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
