A simple explanation to anyone who doubts obamacare will fail is simply to explain, the entire program will fail for the same reason the website failed. No one cared. If they had, it would have worked.
obamacare is no different than buying a toy car from a child. The child has seen many cars work, the child may have a great dream, but if the child has no knowledge of how the toy car will work and how to make the toy car work, the dream will never be a reality despite the most fantastic childish dreams.
