Note: divisionalism is not defined in this context. For this comment it means all speeches, policies, procedures and actions taken to distinguish people based on any criteria or characteristic. It is done for the purpose of causing animosity toward those who possess the criteria or characteristic. I.E., rich, class, tax bracket, occupation as some examples.
