If a person or group of persons want to control your access to and availability of something, that is proof they believe it is not a natural right. Natural right’s do not come from other persons despite their desire to connive you into believing otherwise.
For example: speech, press, thought, religion are examples of natural rights.
Healthcare is not even a right no less natural right.
