One liberal, progressive definition of a solution to an individual’s problems is to coercively take money from one person to give to another person. The real unfortunate result is the person who receives the money does not know how to use it to solve their problems. That is the reason they have the problems.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
