Live a life of feelings:
When you feel hungry, grow food or kill an animal to feed yourself and family.
When you feel naked, make some clothes to cover yourself and family.
When you feel exposed to the elements, build a home for yourself and family.
If you’re a liberal progressive, instead complain to someone who is willing to force others to provide your food, clothing and shelter.

Footnote: Practice makes perfect. A statement I have thought about (worry) that has never been proven and most likely will never be.
