The enigma of collectivism. If a person who is a part of the collective group makes an incorrect decision or performs an incorrect action, how does the collective deal with the results? Everyone points the finger of blame toward one another? Logic may lead one to realize, if everyone is to blame then no one will be blamed. Who volunteers for first blame?

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
