The citizens can be divided into 3 groups: breakers, makers, followers.
Each law moves more people from the followers group to the breakers group.
Note: Makers are more than likely self-justified intersectionalists. Meaning they justify themselves as both breakers and followers to meet the circumstances.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
