Every time a new law, rule, regulation or whatever word applies is enacted or imposed on others, it presumes those others want what is being forced on them. If it requires work on the part of those others the presumption is the responsibility is acceptable.

I have not had a meeting with (TOS) Terms Of Service. Perhaps someday TOS will send me a message not knowing that the TOS has to meet with my TOU Terms Of Use.
