It is logical to think that the place to which pedophiles will be attracted is the place where victims are to be found. Particularly if the pedophile can be in a position of authority or control. For example, school boards, school administration and teachers, day care centers, family services, adoption agencies, every entertainment venue for children, juvenile division of justice and incarceration. And so much more.
