You need a loaf of bread:
Free market solution: Go to the bakery and by a loaf of bread.
Liberal solution: Go to the government. Tell the government you need a loaf of bread. The government tells you that you have a “right” to a loaf of bread. The government goes to your fellow citizens and confiscates the results of their efforts and gives to you some of those results to buy a loaf of bread.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
