The likelihood that a nation or civilization will collapse is directly related to the number of laws that are imposed on the citizens who are not involved in government.
A corollary to this theory is:
Each law imposed on citizens creates a new group of criminals.
From the economic perspective:
The likelihood that a nation will collapse is directly related to the action of fellow citizens who govern and take more from the haves to give to themselves and to the have nots. Inevitably there will be few, if any, haves and many or all citizens will be have nots.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
