People who work as government must realize they are working for a charitable organization. Not in the sense that they give to the needy. Rather they rely on the contributions of their sponsors. When the sponsors lose interest, those people working as government will cease to function.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
