Politicians and governments fail because they convince themselves they are the end, not the means to an end. The end is the freedom and liberty of all people. Educating people to maximize their freedom and liberty is the greatest success.
When government believes it is smarter or more educated than society it will ultimate become dictatorial. It has to in order to prove its belief.

I have not had a meeting with (TOS) Terms Of Service. Perhaps someday TOS will send me a message not knowing that the TOS has to meet with my TOU Terms Of Use.
