A person who professes fairness and equality is deceiving them self and others who agree with them, if the method to achieve the fairness and equality is by force. Whether the force is by supposedly non-criminals or criminals. Logically, a person who uses a bully, such as government to show preference to one person instead of another person has no intention of being fair to others.
