I have arrived at the only answer I can think of that resolves the issue of gun control, or control of any other type of weapon used in the commission of a murder of anyone including children:
WRITE A LAW BANNING MURDER BY ANY MEANS OR METHOD.
NOW I’LL REVEAL THE DIFFICULT PART!!!
CONVINCE EVERY LIVING HUMAN BEING TO ABIDE BY THAT RULE/LAW.
If that doesn’t work, IT IS ABSURD TO THINK ANYTHING ELSE WILL WORK.
I wouldn’t even entertain the premise of gun control. The concept is fruitless without the above first.
