As long as a person places the blame for their failure on others who are successful, the failure and future will remain a failure.
Or stated differently, a person is more capable of changing themselves rather than trying to change others.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
