There is an important difference between the expressions: Not useful intelligence and intelligence that is not useful.
Not useful intelligence is information a person gathers that has not any useful application or meaning. Such as some college courses.
Intelligence that is not useful can be described as an education that provides useless information and thus useless knowledge.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
