Perhaps! there is a gold mine in water! Even better than the gold that comes out of the barrel of a gun.
If a person thinks that the maker of the object used by a third entity to attack them, should be responsible civilly or criminally, then all objects, thus all makers/vendors who supply any object should be held responsible civilly or criminally. Remember Equity and Fairness. Guns is usually the first target. But perhaps water will be the target in the future. Really deep pockets here. Is not water responsible for deaths? Deaths both deliberately caused and accidentally occurring.
Particularly water provided by municipalities. When water is distributed it is known that people will use it to hurt others. Up to this pivotal moment in irrational history, usually parents or guardians have been (falsely?) accused of negligence or types of homicide when a child drowns. It was and is actually the fault of the supplier of the water. What an enlightenment. The culprit this whole time has been the municipal department usually called City Water.
If the water had not been provided the child would not have drown. Sort of like the reasoning that if the gun was not provided the person would not have been shot. Just to add the sprinkles on top, no more waterboarding would be possible if water is eliminated as a killer product. Who would have expected this revelation?
As verification to those thinking it. Yes. I acknowledge the mental illness I had to assume to think this way. I shall now discard that mentality. Perhaps!
